Job Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Associate – Revenue Analytics to support the Business Teams including Sales, Finance and Investor Relations in driving data-driven insights and decision-making processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and managing sales and revenue performance, ensuring effective sales pipeline management, and providing strategic input on pricing frameworks and business growth. As an important part of the Business Management Group, this role will work very closely with the CXOs of the company.
Sales Management:
· Serve as the primary contact for the CGO to get the overall health and performance of the business, its growth, etc by preparing and updating trackers on a regular basis.
· Drive sales calls along with sales leaders of all geographies of operation with current numbers and forecasts.
· Monitor cash flow situations, preparing and driving cash predictions and targets across all regions.
· Prepare and publish the Monthly and Quarterly Performance Scorecards.
· Responsible for computing and finalising the incentive computation for the revenue team based on the prevalent incentive policy and the performance scorecards of the sales team.
· CRM Management. Ensure CRM hygiene by driving all team members to adhere to best practices and process improvements. Follow up on inconsistencies and gaps in CRM data. Responsible for updating the CRM process with any improvements in business processes.
· Pipeline Management – ensure sales pipelines are always reflecting the current and most accurate forecasts by having regular cadences with the individual geography sales teams, working closely with Regional Sales Leaders
Sales & Revenue Analysis:
· Assist the Investor Relations Team with all revenue figures, metrics, and projections required for key investment loops.
· Work with Finance Head in preparing Annual Business Plans.
· Assist in developing pricing frameworks for all proposal requests, ensuring competitive and market-aligned pricing strategies.
· Contribute to the creation of innovative pricing models for new product launches, territory expansions, and product feature extensions.
· Provide market research and analysis to support the CGO and sales leaders in GTM strategies and growth in existing markets.
· Regularly update the leadership team on forecasted quarterly exits and any deviations from yearly revenue targets.
Skills Required:
· Strong drive to continuously learn and adapt on the job.
· Proficiency in MS Excel, with a strong analytical and data-driven mindset
· Familiarity with CRM tools; prior CRM experience is mandatory, Hubspot experience is a plus.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage cross-functional teams and leadership.
· Proficient in articulate and objective communication to ensure explicit clarity is conveyed across levels within the organization
· Go-getter attitude and intent to work across time zones as needed to support the leadership team and sales leaders operating across global regions
