ABOUT THE ROLE
 
We are looking for an experienced product manager with expertise and passion to imagine, build and scale our Voice AI products. As a Product Manager you will be responsible for end-to-end product life cycle from user research, product strategy, requirements development, roadmap prioritization, Product release management, measurement of adoption, metrics, and iteration.
You will closely work with the Design and Development teams, and Vertical Heads to solve for complex business challenges

This role requires strong leadership skills and interaction/influence with teams across Augnito to drive the development of our product. The ideal candidate will be driven to create the best user experience which meets our business objectives and technical constraints. He/she would have strong attention to detail, thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment and be equally comfortable in seeing the 10000 feet picture while also diving deep.

 
RESPONSIBILITIES
 
  • Define product strategy & vision with Leadership
  • Perform user and market research to define product requirements; write product development briefs to outline requirements
  • Work with design, development, and quality teams to deliver product to the market
  • Manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance and operational support load
  • Partner closely with business stakeholders and lateral teams such as Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, Operational, Legal, and Finance teams to ensure alignment with product goals.

  • Continually improve the customer experience throughout the entire customer journey


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4+ years of experience in Product Management
  • Prior experience in B2B/B2C SaaS Product
  • Experience in developing and evolving products; A record of successful product delivery
  • Proven track record of customer obsession
  • Experience working closely with software and UX teams to imagine, scope, and build customer facing products; Demonstrated ability to weigh product trade-offs especially in an ambiguous environment
  • Demonstrated ability to engage and influence people and teams at every level in the organization
  • Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to formulate data-driven decisions that lead to results
  • Strong verbal/written communication and presentation skills
 
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  •  Prior experience in product management for Growth Stage business
  • Prior experience building technology solutions in the healthcare domain 
  • Prior Experience in Design Thinking
  • Prior experience in AI driven solutions
